توفر Resha حاليًا خدمة التوصيل داخل دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة فقط، ولا يتوفر الشحن الدولي في الوقت الحالي.
يتم توصيل المنتجات الجاهزة عادةً خلال يومي عمل.
تتراوح رسوم التوصيل عادةً بين 20 و35 درهمًا إماراتيًا، حسب المنطقة ومتطلبات التوصيل.
بالنسبة للمنتجات المصممة أو المخصصة حسب الطلب (Customized / Personalized Items)، تستغرق مدة التجهيز والتوصيل عادةً من 7 إلى 10 أيام عمل، وقد تختلف المدة حسب نوع المنتج والتخصيص المطلوب.
قد تحدث أحيانًا تأخيرات خارجة عن إرادتنا بسبب شركة التوصيل أو ظروف غير متوقعة، وسنبذل قصارى جهدنا لإبلاغ العميل في حال حدوث أي تأخير.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
Resha currently offers delivery within the United Arab Emirates only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Ready-made items are typically delivered within 2 business days.
Delivery fees typically range between AED 20–35, depending on the location and delivery requirements.
Customized or personalized items typically require 7–10 business days for preparation and delivery. The timeframe may vary depending on the product and the type of customization requested.
Occasionally, delays may occur due to the delivery provider or circumstances beyond our control. We will do our best to keep customers informed of any unexpected delays.
