الشروط والأحكام
مرحبًا بكم في Resha. باستخدام هذا الموقع أو إجراء طلب من خلاله، فإنكم توافقون على الشروط والأحكام التالية.
المنتجات والطلبات
نسعى إلى عرض صور وأوصاف المنتجات بأكبر قدر ممكن من الدقة. ونظرًا لطبيعة بعض منتجات Resha اليدوية والمصنوعة حسب الطلب، فقد توجد اختلافات بسيطة في اللون أو الشكل أو التفاصيل، وتُعد هذه الاختلافات جزءًا طبيعيًا من طبيعة المنتجات اليدوية.
الأسعار والدفع
جميع الأسعار المعروضة على الموقع بالدرهم الإماراتي (AED)، ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك. يجب إتمام عملية الدفع وفق طرق الدفع المتاحة في المتجر لتأكيد الطلب.
المنتجات المخصصة
يتحمل العميل مسؤولية التأكد من صحة الأسماء والنصوص والألوان وأي تفاصيل أخرى يقدمها للطلبات المخصصة قبل تأكيد الطلب. وقد لا يكون من الممكن إجراء تعديلات بعد بدء تنفيذ المنتج.
المنتجات المخصصة أو المصنوعة حسب الطلب غير قابلة للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال، إلا إذا وصلت تالفة أو معيبة أو كان هناك خطأ من جانب Resha، وذلك وفقًا لسياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال الخاصة بنا.
التوصيل
توفر Resha حاليًا خدمة التوصيل داخل دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة فقط. تخضع أوقات ورسوم التوصيل لسياسة الشحن والتوصيل الخاصة بنا.
الإلغاء
إذا رغب العميل في إلغاء الطلب، يرجى التواصل معنا في أقرب وقت ممكن. لا يمكن ضمان إمكانية الإلغاء بعد بدء تجهيز أو تنفيذ الطلب، خصوصًا للمنتجات المخصصة.
الملكية الفكرية والمنتجات الرقمية
جميع التصاميم والصور والمحتوى والمنتجات الرقمية الخاصة بـResha محمية بحقوق الملكية الفكرية الخاصة بأصحابها.
لا يجوز إعادة بيع أو توزيع أو مشاركة أو نسخ أو إعادة إنتاج منتجات Resha الرقمية أو تصاميمها، أو استخدامها تجاريًا أو لإنشاء منتجات بغرض البيع، دون الحصول على إذن خطي مسبق من Resha.
شراء منتج رقمي لا ينقل حقوق الملكية الفكرية أو حقوق التصميم إلى المشتري.
استخدام الموقع
لا يجوز استخدام الموقع أو محتواه لأي غرض غير قانوني أو بطريقة قد تضر بـResha أو عملائها أو خدماتها.
التعديلات
يجوز لـResha تحديث هذه الشروط والأحكام عند الحاجة. وسيتم تطبيق النسخة المنشورة على الموقع في وقت الاستخدام أو الشراء.

Welcome to Resha. By using this website or placing an order through it, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Products and Orders
We aim to present product images and descriptions as accurately as possible. Due to the handmade and customized nature of some Resha products, slight variations in color, appearance, or details may occur. These variations are a natural part of handmade products.
Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on the website are in UAE Dirhams (AED), unless otherwise stated. Payment must be completed using the payment methods available through the store to confirm an order.
Customized Products
Customers are responsible for ensuring that names, wording, colors, and any other information provided for customized orders are correct before confirming the order. Changes may not be possible once production has started.
Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by Resha, in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.
Delivery
Resha currently delivers within the United Arab Emirates only. Delivery times and charges are subject to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once preparation or production has started, particularly for customized products.
Intellectual Property and Digital Products
All Resha designs, images, content, and digital products are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.
Resha digital products and designs may not be resold, redistributed, shared, copied, reproduced, used commercially, or used to create products for sale without prior written permission from Resha.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer intellectual property or design rights to the purchaser.
Use of the Website
The website and its content may not be used for any unlawful purpose or in any way that may harm Resha, its customers, or its services.
Changes to These Terms
Resha may update these Terms of Service when necessary. The version published on the website at the time of use or purchase will apply.
